Curriculum development, coaching, and renewal are essential components in creating an education that is adaptive, innovative, and oriented towards improving the quality of human resources. This study aims to conceptually analyze curriculum development, coaching, and renewal in the education system and explain the relationship between these three aspects in supporting educational effectiveness. The study uses a qualitative approach with a library research method. Data were obtained through documentation studies from various scientific sources, such as books, journals, academic articles, and relevant educational policy documents. Data analysis was conducted descriptively and analytically through the stages of data reduction, categorization, interpretation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that curriculum development is a process of planning, implementing, evaluating, and refining the curriculum according to scientific developments and community needs. Curriculum development plays a role in supporting successful implementation through training, supervision, mentoring, and ongoing evaluation, while curriculum renewal is necessary to respond to social change, technological developments, and the demands of 21st-century competencies. In addition, the success of curriculum development is influenced by the quality of human resources, policy support, technology utilization, and the participation of various stakeholders. Thus, curriculum development, coaching, and renewal need to be carried out continuously in order to produce an education system that is adaptive, high-quality, and ready to face the challenges of the digital era.
